has anyone configured a TCP connection from a DigiConnect16 to an OPTO222 Snap-Pac-R1 brain for data transfer??

Trying to get Modbus RTU serial data over TCP using OPTO22 SNAP-PAC-R1 Brain. The SNAP-PAC Communication configured reports the DigiConnect16 (Port 8 configured for TCP Raw) is LOCKED. Not sure what to configure in the Digi to show open.
