How do I upload python files to a WR21? If I use FTP or WinSCP it shows no write access. My user is super-level

I want to upload a python file for execution. My user is super-level, i have run the funlock command, and I am trying to upload the file to the user folder. It fails, and shows error 4.

I use Internet explorer, in the address bar I enter:
ftp://192.168.1.1/ (or what ever network ip you have configured)
When explorer opens you will see a webpage with the files. To access press Alt, click View, and then click Open FTP Site in File Explorer.

Sometimes when you enter the actual FTP folder you will need to right-click then select “Log In As” and re-enter your credentials.
