How to cable a TS16 to a US Robotics MP/8 modem rack

Hi,

would anyone have success or know how to connect and cable a TS16 external Digiboard with RJ45 serial connections to a USRobotics MP/8 rack mount modem with RJ45 serial connections?

According to the specs, the Digi is wired for EIA 561 while the USRobotics is wired for EIA 422.

They are both RJ45 but we cannot figure out the pinout cross-over cable required or adapter we need to buy. Note, the modems do not use DB9 or DB25 ports.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
