How to get instruction to reset S3B PRO(grammable)

The Digi site specifies that the programmable XBees have a special restore process and to contact technical support to get instructions. What is the contact (email/phone) to use to get those instructions?

I know I can pay $35 for a case online. My question was what is the email/phone to use to get instructions. It’s stupid to have to pay more than I paid for the XBee just to get it reset!
