we are trying to connect the XLR pro to XCTU via USB mini but it starts resetting itself automatically and doesn’t finish doing it as the PC is unable to detect the modem connected on the USB Port, any suggestions on it?
The current version of XCTU does not know anything about the XLR PRO. You are going to need to use an older version of XCTU.
