how to remote access to XBee Cellular LTE Cat 1

I have two XBee Cellular LTE Cat 1 dev boards. I set them to send messages to each other thru TCP connection. They both have static IP addresses, firmware version is 1008. The settings thru USB-serial ports and XCTU are very straightforward.

Now my question is, if I deploy my devices to a remote site, how can I remotely access them if I want to change any parameters? Is this possible?

No, not at this time. At least not from an external perspective. You would need to establish an outgoing socket to your server or PC first from the Cellular module. Then you could issue remote AT commands to adjust the settings.
