I am unable to Detect DIGI ONE SP Device

I am unable to Detect DIGI ONE SP Devices.
Tried executing the Digi Device Utility app.Its says Device not found.
Turned off the Firewall & disabled AV.
Is there any other option to configure this device.
Please help
