I can't download Dynamic C 9.62

I’ve been trying to download Dynamic C from the website but I keep getting an error when trying to create an account. I haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone at Digi International. Would anyone be able to help with this?

The error I get when creating my account is
"Your registration has been approved. We’ve sent a download link to your email.

ERROR: The recipient mailbox is unavailable. Please contact support."

But I can’t get ahold of support.

Try registering again, the website was down on Friday but registration is now working.

I have had the same issue as jarojas. I have been trying for two weeks to contact Digi International about this issue with creating an account. I have tried every avenue of contact. I’ve tried making contact with technical support online and by phone to no avail. I have tried every other port of entry to make contact with anyone in Digi International. I even tried contacting sales with no success - that truly surprised me.
I just tried signing up for an account once again and it gave me the same error.

‘ERROR: The recipient mailbox is unavailable. Please contact support.’

Terribly frustrating as this is the only place to find Dynamic C 9.xx

If it is within your power, please find out what is going on here.

Please open a case directly with Techsupport through our portal and I can send you a direct link to this site. Thank you for the assistance. I tried registering for a new account using the link you provided.

It resulted in the following error message.

An error occurred during registration: An account already exists with your email address. A case has been created to resolve the issue, and Digi Technical Support will notify you by email once it is fixed.

I’m guessing the Digi International website set aside my email as taken after the first time I applied for a new account, but unfortunately I am not receiving that email from Digi international to finish setting up my account. I’m guessing this is what needs to be addressed.
