P/N 50000342 appears to be an old Digi Acceleport PC/8e ISA card.

As far as serial cards are concerned, Digi only offers the Neo PCI Express these days.

If you want to look for an older / Obsolete Digi card elsewhere, there is a PCI version of the Digi Neo, and PCI versions of the Acceleports.
