I am new to Xbee and i want to design a xbee mesh network with one coordinator and and two router. Is there any procedure to configure the xbee

Are you using Series 2 modules?
If yes, you can simply form a network between the modules using same PAN ID and SC parameters.
Series 2 modules supports ZigBee and ZigBee is a mesh network.
