I’ve installed the latest release of firmware on my real port USB/14, but I cannot logon to the sistem after this.
Can someone help me?

If your device does not have a unique password on the label under it, please try the following combination:
root
dbps
admin
dbps
If this does not help or you still have an issue, please contact our support team at tech.support@digi.com and provide the serial number of your device.
