In ConnectPort LTS 16, I need force RTS ON permanently, as it did with the PortServer 16

I need to replace the PortServer with ConnectPort , and set RTS ON is required. It is for equipment needs. Thanks

I do not see that this is available. I only see rtstoggle which asserts RTS when data is available to send.
