When I go to install the Digi 8r 920 PCI, it does not give me an option to install PCI, only ISA adapters.
How do I install the PCI adapter?
After physically installing the Digi adapter in the machine, log in as Administrator. Windows 2000 is a Plug-n-Play operating system so should recognize new hardware and bring up a dialog box saying: PCI Simple Communications Controller.
Windows 2000 will then either automatically find the driver and bring up the driver configuration or give you the option to browse to the location where you have the driver downloaded.
NOTE: Windows 2000 has built in drivers for Digi adapters. However, Digi recommends checking the web site for the latest driver release. The release notes for that driver will contain update/installation instructions. .
