Is the `system` command specific to a certain FW version?

I just powered up a fresh-out-of-the-box device running 19.1.134.81 and the system command is not available in the Admin CLI.

The system menu should be available on the IX14.
Please update the IX14 firmware using the firmware links on this page:
https://www.digi.com/support/productdetail?pid=5665&type=firmware
