Looking a for suitable programmer/debugger for programmable XBEE based on HSC08

I am looking for a cheaper HSC08 programmer to work with programmable Xbee. It is Technological Art’s USBDMLT. Will this work?
It is based on sourceforge.net’s usbdm files.

Not that I am aware of. But you can get the right one from http://www.pemicro.com/ or you can order a Programmable kit.
