Lost device default password label

Hi,
I am considering upgrading to use DIGI console server.
The manual say that " The default password is printed on the device label"
After many years, the label(loose label stickers) may accidentally damaged and the default password could not be read.
What can i do?

  1. Does the customer service provide default password if I provide product detail info?
  2. Or only send back the device and pay additional fee for RMA

Engineers often reset default, we have to consider this issue once all labels are lost.

The devices are sent with two labels. One is loose and one is on the device with the serial number.

If you do have issues, you can contact Digi Technical Support for assistance.

they may provide Password if you provide MAC or Serial number.
