LR 54 connectivity issue will not remain connected after boot up longer than5 minutes
Please open a case by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org, with a description of the issue you are encountering.
Please include the IMEI of your device.
Before submitting, please look up your firmware version of your device. This should be located in the WebUI of your device on the Dashboard, on the upper right.
If you have firmware 220.127.116.11 or below, please include the contents of the ‘show tech-support’ as outlined in this article: Quick Note 4 - Extract the Show Tech-Support from a TransPort LR54 router
If you have firmware 18.104.22.168 or above, please gather the Support Report by logging into the WebUI.
Click on System
Under Administration, click Support Report
On the ensuing page, click the ‘Download support report Icon’ on the upper right.
Please include the ‘show tech-support’ or the Support Report.
