HOW TO SCAN MOBILE NETWORK AND LOCK THIS ON WR21 LTE ?

you can do a network scan in the WEB GUI
Management - Network Status > Interfaces > Mobile
at the bottom of this tile you can scan networks.
this can take some time and a few attempts.
Once the list comes through you can then lock or set prefered network.
this will only work if you have a roaming SIM
