I occasionally need to perform a hard reset on my Accelport RAS 8 modems. Is there a way to perform the hard reset from a command line?. It’s troublesome to perform the resets using PortAssist manager. Thanks,
The answer to your question depends on the operating system really. If its any flavor of unix/linux, look for the man page on dmadmin or dm_admin. More specifically, look for the -r and -z switches.
If you’re using a Windows flavor, no such thing exists as far as I know.
