No routing between ZB AT Routers to a ZB API Coordinator

Hello,
I’m trying to build a mesh network with xbee Series 2 modules: the coordinator is in Zigbee Api mode (21A7 Firmware) and the end devices are in ZigBee router AT mode (22A7 mode) but the devices don’t seem to route each others message when one of the devices is out of the range of the coordinator: what am I doing wrong?

Do you have the SM command set on your router/end devices? If it is set to a none 0 value, then they are end devices and not routers which will keep them from routing data.
