Not receiving Node Descriptor Request over API

I have an XBee3 as the coordinator. As part of the pairing process, an end device sends a Node Descriptor Request to the coordinator, I can see it with a network sniffer, however I am unable to see it over UART API. Also the XBee does not send the response. Does it look like a firmware issue?

VR=1012
AP=2
AO=F (both supported and unsupported ZDO pass-through enabled)

I would suggest updating the firmware on your devices.

I have upgraded to the latest firmware (1013), still same problem (no response from XBee coordinator to the Node Descriptor Request and no API frame of the same)

I would suggest contacting Digi Support via my.digi.com. When doing so, include the profile of the radio and any sniffer logs you may have.
