Old Etherlite 16 - Corrupted Firmware

I have an Etherlite 16 (P/N: (1P)50000976-01 B, S/N: (S) V 03772058) that failed when I attempted to update the firmware. Now the unit will not respond and even the Power LED remains unlit while plugged in.

Does DIGI still offer offer support for this unit? How much would it cost to reflash the firmware? Is there anything I can try to restore the firmware? Thanks for any help!

Have you tried the boot console method for updating the firmware?

If not this would be the last resort before sending the unit in for repair.
