PortServer TS 4 port connections

I have SCO Open Server 5.0.7 running Sentinel failover software. Devices connected to Digi PortServer using tty’s. When system goes into failover mode the Digi PortServer still thinks its connected to Primary server resulting in the Seconday server unable to connect to devices. Reboot of secondary server will then bring the connections up. Any help?

Port on Digi PortServer are configured as realports.

RealPort is designed to be persistent and will wait indefinitely for the network to return without missing a byte.
