We are using a PortServer TS16. The RealPort applicatin is installed on a computer running Windows 10. For testing we are using a softwer called “ComTestSerial”. When the software is set to a specific port (virtual port made by the realport application) on the web interface under Management/Serial ports or Management/Connections we can see the host computers IP, so the connection is made. The problem is that whatever commands are sent the window at Management/Serial ports/Port Logs is always empty (“Log is empty.”). Above it says “Logging: on Buffer Utilization: 0% (0 KB of 32 KB)Button (18)”.
