What tools are available to analyze logfiles created by the PortServer port logging feature?

Hardware: Portserver TS 4, Windows Server 2008 R2

I’m going to use the Portserver syslog feature to capture data being sent and received from a port for later analysis. However, the log file Format is unknown to me and hard to read. Are there any tools available to make the log Information easier to read?

I’m not aware of any tools for this. Perhaps this might be something available in a syslog application?

Yes, sending the logs to a Syslog Server is the best choice. However, some tweaking is required (rmax and rtime settings) to get the transmit and receive data logged separately.
