I have a portserver TS4 and the port will stop working if opened and closed repeataly. Realport says its connected but no data comes through. I can open the browser with no problem. The only thing that fixs the problem is rebooting the portserver. Any ideas?
I am not sure which operating system you are using. If it is windows you should go the device manager open the realport advanced settings , select a com port, click the TCP tab and enable the complete write request Immd option. In the webui for the hardware you should look under configuration system and set the optimization setting to latency. These setting should help
