For a DIGI PortServer TS8/16 MEI, I’m trying to setup a serial connection from the DIGI to an APC UPS serial port to access the console to remotely power cycle devices. What Port Profile settings should I choose and what are the settings. I have tried the “Power Management” profile and it does not detect APC. I also tried the manual approach and that doesn’t work either. Please help.

The “printer” profile will work for this.
