What Port Profile and other settings am I suppose to select when trying to connect the PortServer TS MEI to an APC UPS Serial port? I have tried the Power Management Port profile option both in automatic and manual modes without any luck. Please help.
If connecting using tcp sockets, you would set the port to use the “printer” profile. If you are using the RealPort driver (i.e. COM port), then you would use the RealPort profile.
