I`am newbie on PortServers, please help!!!
I have PortServer2 16, How can I monitor 16 Cisco routers on de network? Do I have to configure each port with own ip address? This is my configuration until now:
#> set config ip=192.168.23.12 submask=255.255.255.0
#> set port range=16 dev=prn auto=off
#> set flow range=16
#> set altip ip=192.168.23.16 group=16
#> set port group=16 range=16
#>boot action=reset
I can telnet the PortServer thru Ethernet port from other computer on my network and I can Telnet to the Cisco Switch on port 16 from other computers on the network.
What can I do next? …
