Power on self Test in Digi Uboot

Hi Digi Support team,
we are looking for some automation test tool to validate following interfaces in Digi Board,
1. RAM, 2. NAND Flash, 3.eMMC,
we explored much and got that, there is “Power on Self Test” feature in uboot, can you tell us how to enabled that feature and share us detailed procedure to carry out the test.
