Problem associating Smart Energy Device to Connect Port X2

Hi all,
when I try to associate a Smart Energy device (developed by us) to my Connect Port X2 I have an issue during CBKE. I get the error “Unknow Issuer” which I have found it is a problem concerning the “Issuer” field. Specifically it seems that it doesn’t contain a value corresponding to a known Certificate Authority. However, this is what I wrote in my device memory:
@1000 (MAC)
01 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
@1008 (DEVICE IMPLICIT CERT)
03 04 5f df c8 d8 5f fb 8b 39 93 cb 72 dd ca a5 5f 00 b3 e8 7d 6d 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 01 54 45 53 54 53 45 43 41 01 09 00 06 00 00 00 00 00 00
@1038 (DEVICE PUBLIC KEY)
02 00 fd e8 a7 f3 d1 08 42 24 96 2a 4e 7c 54 e6 9a c3 f0 4d a6 b8
@104E (DEVICE PRIVATE KEY)
00 b8 a9 00 fc ad eb ab bf a3 83 b5 40 fc e9 ed 43 83 95 ea a7

These are test certificates given by Certicom.

When I see the frame “ZCL - Key Establishment: Initiate Key Establishment Request” , in the field “Issuer Extended 64-bit IEEE Address” I can see: 54:45:53:54:53:45:43:41.
In the “ZCL - Key Establishment: Initiate Key Establishment Response”, in the ZCL Payload we can find: “Terminate Key Establishment Status: [0x01] Unknown Issuer”.

What are we doing wrong? Thank you in advance.

Have you also installed a test certificate on the ConnectPort X2 gateway? Are you joining with a link key or Install code?
