problem with DigiMesh Xbee3 300D firmware-update in RF

Hi, my mesh network is made up of xbee3 only, now having to upgrade the firmware 300D of all five of my devices via XCTU,
except for the coordinator connected to the USB of the PC, I have the following error for all in RF:

  • Error starting the update process. > Could not send ‘Image Notify’ packet > Trasmit status was not received -
    What can I do to solve the problem !? Thanks in advance for your kind reply.

Did you follow the directions at https://www.digi.com/resources/documentation/Digidocs/90002277/#Containers/cont_ota_upgrade.htm?TocPath=OTA%2520firmware%252Ffile%2520system%2520upgrades%257C_____0 and create a server?
