problems setting 'RealPort TCP Port'

I have some troubles trying to set the RealPort TCP Port via webUI. The message that appear is: “A problem occurred saving the item: Secure Real Port”. Even the new value of TCP Port appears on the box it doesn’t has been set correctly cause I do a telnet and it doesn’t answer. Anyone could help me with this?

Thanks.

Please identify specifically which Digi product you are using.
Please specify the installed firmware version.
Which OS are you using?
If you are using RealPort, which version is installed?

Currently, I do not understand your statement in that you changed the RealPort TCP port number, but got an error about Secure RealPort?
Then you say you cannot telnet in? Changing the RealPort port number has nothing to do with using Telnet.
It may be that telnet been disabled as a security measure, and that would explain why you cannot telnet into the unit.
You may wish to post your configuration file, so we know the current state of your Digi device.

Never mind. I solved the problem rebooting the DIGI ONE SP. I don’t have too much details so this one is installed in a costumer site. The point is I wanted to change the TCP Port (771 by default) and then that error message appeared.
