Proper DIGI xbee 3g modem alternative for european 4G?

Anyone can help in identifying the proper alternative to DIGI xbee 3g modem for 4G european networks?
Moving down 3G modem to 2G is too heavy on current consumption so solution is not useable.

We tested Digi XBee® Cellular LTE Cat 1 but it looks to be locked on Verizon and unable to work with any european 4G SIM.

I would suggest the XBee 3 NBiOT or the XBee 3 LTE CAT 1 AT&T module.

Your best option at the moment is to switch to the CAT-M1/NB-IoT technologies. Some countries have both M1 and NB-IoT and some countries are NB-IoT only.
