realport does not connect

Please open a case with Digi Support. You can do this by sending an email with details to tech.support@digi.com
The problem description in detail, product, serial number, and firmware revision would all be helpful to include.

Before creating a support case I have to ask my customer for the technical details.

Things I already know:

  • Digi RealPort Driver Version Version 4.8.488.0, PN 40002549 Rev. H.

  • OS migrated from Windows Server 2008 R2 to Windows Server 2016

I will come back as soon as I have collected all the details.
