Have Digi Connect SP FW 4.8.488.0 Acquiring Windows 2016 Standard

Have four Digi Connect SP’s using Realport Driver 4.8.4880.0 showing connected, but Acquiring in advanced. Two INMs each on two different campuses/floors. All showing same error from server. Tried on two different servers with same result. Using default port 771. Firewall allowing connection.

Any help will be appreciated. System install in a hospital. Need to get online.

Try disabling encryption and Authentication on both,driver and hardware side. Also,verify that there is no realport installation other then yours
