I am fairly new to Digi products, having recently purchased an Xbee cellular 3G global development kit, and have been trying to configure it in the multiprogrammer. However, I first need to download a configuration file using XCTU. The problem is that whenever I try and save the configuration file I get the error,
Remote file ‘support/firmware/cellular_modem/xbee_cell_3g/23.60.zip’ does not exist. I cannot figure out how to change the modem firmware version or get past this error.
