Requirement for Microcontroller with wifi and bluetooth on a single chip

if you are looking for solution on chip, you should probably look in to Broadcom offerings, however i am not aware of any chips that combine analog RF design and digital microcontroller with serious CPU core. If you are looking for System on module (SOM) soultion, digi has a wide range of products to offer.
