Thanks a million for your answer and apologies to haven’t came back to you earlier. Thanks to your instructions i manage to edit an yml and run it on the x2.

Sadly the application do not sense anything and keep omitting the Humidity sensor despite I’ve click the option in DIA to force the Humidity sensing.

I’ve try the web and the console presentation with no chances. Same results. No Humidity entry , no sensing in general.

Is there any special device that shall be used in ‘devices’ … I’ve use the “xbee sensor” which doesn’t show any LTH indications at all.

I feel a bit confused. Do you perhaps know what’s failing?

you might be running out of memory. the X2 is very limited in that regard. You can look at the console output of when you launch the dia. Look for any messages about memory or crashing.

another thing you can do to reduce usage is to cut down the dia.yml config file to a bare minimum number of items (devices, presentations, etc.).

thanks kjensen8 , no it is not a memory problem.
I’ve notice the x2 felling in this gap every so often , but not in this case.

When a memory lack occurs than the whole application layer crashes and the presentations it is simply not available.

When the memory does not hung , than the application load properly (following the output in console) but sadly does not retrieve anything.

Are the end devices supposed to be configured in some special ways?

I’m closing this one responding to myself.

it comes up that what was blocking the application from fetching figures from the x2 was indeed a wrong combination of WH/SN/SP values in the config . ( references_here )
I can now retrieve figures with the Web Presentation.
