Script for cdma to gsm technology switch

I would like a script that can do failover between cdma and gsm technology. Example: Digi WR21 running sprint network gobi 3000 if network fails switch to sim GSM AT&T technology. Its a script that can run the wizard by losing connectivity and failover to carriers.

i am not sure you would be able to do this without rebooting the router between the 2 modes as the module would have to be re set.

or

you would have to change the module mode and reboot the module but at what point would you say CDMA is not connected and fail to GSM and vise versa
