Hello. What could be the reason for self-resetting the settings to default? I did nothing but normal communication without at commands.

This is something you should email tech.support@digi.com over.

Hi Prem

You probably have not saved changes to non volatile memory of module using “WR” command or with “WRITE” button in XCTU.
