Serial program to see data from API frames that xbee receive

Does anyone know of a serial program or interface in which I can see the data I receive from my Xbee connected to the USB of the computer.

I know it exists in XCTU. But I am looking for something more oriented to an interface in which I can extract the information from the API frames in mode 1 and display them on the screen.

That is something that you would have to write as any programs I am aware of would just allow you to see the RAW Hex or ASCII data on a screen.
