No, neither of then have a freescale processor. If you are looking for a Programmable XBee, then I would suggest going to http://www.digi.com/products/xbee-rf-solutions/rf-modules/xbee-zigbee#partnumbers and looking at the part numbers that include the words “Programmable”. Toughs are the ones that include a freescale processor in which you can load an app on.
