how to upload an application to the FreeScale processor of programmable XBees

Hello, I need to use my programmable XBee with an Arduino board, so I found that I have to upload a “Serial ByPass” app included in the CodeWarrior IDE to the FreeScale processor, but I don’t know how.

Anybody can help me? Thanks!
