Is there another way to upload application

I have followed the steps described in" Xbee-setting guid.pdf".
First ,I load bootloader with an debugger.Then, Use CodeWarrior to build a binary file of App32Transparent.mcp and then upload the binary file over the serial port using X-CTU.
I have an question , can I load an application onto the XBee-PRO ZB programmable module with the debugger？IS there another way to upload my application ?

Hello Jiang,

It seems that you are using an old version of the SDK, please download the latest one from here. You will also need CodeWarrior 10.2, find all you need in http://www.digi.com/ProgXBee. Best regards,
