transfer interruption

Hi,

I work with a:

Digi AccelePort Xem Universal PCI (3.3V & 5V) 16-port RS-232 DB-25 concentrator.

… after replugging (of course power off) my device, the transfer between the device and the computer is getting interrupted every 0.1 - 2 sec for 0.01 - 0.1 seconds.

I reinstalled hard- and software, nothing helped.

Who can help me?
