Two Acceleport RAS8 on Win2k3 R2 setup freezes

Hello,

I’ve the same problem with two Digi Acceleport RAS 8. I’ve the latest drivers (5.0.314.0) and I’m using Windows 2003 R2 SP2.

There’s something unusual with this configuration. We have 4 servers with 2 cards each, sometimes it hangs the OS and sometimes it doesn’t answer the fax calls. I can only recieve about 250 faxes. With only one card the system works like a charm recieving at least 2000 faxes.

I’m using FaxNow 5.02 build 799.net and HP dc7600 CMT.

This issue sounds like a possible IRQ conflict, which is something we see on occasion and behaves symptomatically like what you’ve described.

There’s no IRQ conflict. I’ve also switched off USB/Audio/Diskette/Parallel Port.

I’m also having some errors in the event log:

ID 2019: The server was unable to allocate from the system nonpaged pool because the pool was empty.

ID 333: An I/O operation initiated by the Registry failed unrecoverably. The Registry could not read in or write out or flush one of the files that contain the system’s image of the Registry.

I only have one CPU and 2GB RAM per server.
