Dual AccelePort 8 Card Setup

We support clients that have Digi AccelePort 8 PCI cards in several servers across a division. Our client is upgrading due to higher volume faxing and we suggested another 8 port card. The first AccelePort 8 PCI card is in a Windows 2003 server universal PCI 5 volt slot. I added the second AccelePort 8 PCI card in the universal PCI-X 3.3 volt slot in order to use the 16 modem ports. After rebooting and running Add New Hardware, I only see the first card and 8 modem ports. I am using Windows Fax Services software.

Any Suggestions?

The Acceleport RAS 4/8 IS a Universal PCI card, so it would work in the 3.3v slot. The reason the 2nd card isn’t showing up sounds like it could be a resource contention issue.
