usb connection error imx6ULL

Good day!
I design motherboard for CC-WMX-JN58-NE (imx6ull) with castellated pads. it has some differences from “ConnectCore 6UL SBC Express”: No ethernet, some GPIOs different.
Solder this module at PCB.
Flashing with Yocto firmware for “ConnectCore 6UL SBC Express” from your ftp source and have problem with usb connection.
any of both USB port not work. Tried to solder usb cable directly to the castellated pads but nothing changed.
Some U-boot messages:

Trying connect varios usb devices from usb flash to webcam and lte modems.
I see that usb device seen by kernel but initialisation failed.
Where may be problem?

I suspect it is noise. your cables are long and not shileded
