usbanywhere flash yellow red (many times) and flash green with no gui

The unit (usbanywhere 14) flash yellow , red (many times) and green and restart the sequence.

No interface on ip and on port monitor

What i can do ?

Does this issue still happen if you disconnect all USB devices and network cables from the AWUSB/14 then disconnect and re-connect only power to the AWUSB/14?
